Last month, the brand unveiled Singular, the AI-powered beauty tech platform that has been the "secret sauce" behind the brand's customization. Singular is an end-to-end AI platform that enables personalization at scale through four integrated modules. Singular ID analyzes a customer's beauty needs and goals, which then get turned into personalized formulas and routines in the next phase, Singular AI Labs, and uses ongoing feedback to optimize results. Singular Commerce powers the front- and back-end commerce operations with an API-based architecture. The final step in Prose's personalized infrastructure is Singular Lines, where all the gathered data is channeled to automated customization centers located in Brooklyn, enabling the creation of up to 30,000 custom products every day.
